Petrichor

Princeton University Dance

Patricia & Ward Hagan ’48 Dance Studio – Lewis Center for the Arts

Beginning with the choreographer creating a sculptor using their own body as a form and telling the audience a story of self-realization, Petrichor asks how the perceptions and pressures of others can bring us both joy and pain.  The second half of the piece happens around through and amongst the audience as the society the audience comes to know rewards and punishes their own.
